Merlin was great to work with. There was a situation with an item on the inspection and even though the buyers were wanting to close he fought for them to get the situation rectified and we were right up to the day before closing.

Merlin was wonderful to work with! He answered all our questions, was very organized, and helped with absolutely anything we needed. I would highly recommend working with him. He is always available for questions and is super easy to communicate with. He asks all about what you want and really advocates for you throughout the whole process.
